Approve your iRealty request in your Facebook account

If you’ve made the request to connect your page with iRealty, these are the steps you need to take to confirm the connection and get started in iRealty.

If you haven’t made the request yet, make sure to check out the guide on how to do it.

1. Navigate to the Meta Business Suite

Open Facebook and find your business page, this is easily found by clicking the ‘Profile’ drop-down option located at the top-right of the page (your profile photo) and finding your page on the provided list. Once you have switched to the business page you will be able to click on the Meta Business Suite from the left side menu.

2. Open Business Manager

While you should navigate directly to the correct page you should review the account dropdown list and if necessary switch to the Business Manager using the provided settings ‘cog’ icon.

If you don’t see a business manager (Name with a cog next to it) you will need to create a business manager and/or link your page to this business manager. Check out the following Facebook guides to assist with this:

3. Click on Requests

A notification should be visible beside the request option.

In rare cases, it can take up to 24 hours for Facebook to display this alert and the request. If you do not receive a notification within 24 hours please contact our support team.

4. Approve the request from iRealty

You’re almost there! Approving is the last thing you need to do. You can now access and use the iRealty Facebook Ad builder. Our team will be notified and perform some Quality of Life checks to ensure you get the most out of the builder including automated monthly reports on your page performance.

If you have any questions about using the builder see our helpful suite of guides on recommended ads here or get in touch with our support team for some tailored advice.

If you do not have access to your business manager account you will need to get in touch with the owner of the account or contact Facebook support to claim the business manager.
