2. Click on Property List
3. Click on the address of the property you would like to view.
4. Click on Property Insights
5. And make sure subscriber preference matches are ticked. You can scroll down the report to view them
6. Or uncheck the other options and view only subscriber preference matches
7. Once your subscriber matches are displaying click on the match type you would like more information on.
The following match types exist in iRealty
1. Ideal matches: Subscribers who match on all other ‘match types’. These are your top interested subscribers for the property.
2. Preferred features: Subscribers who match on property features. They are interested in properties with the same number of beds/baths/cars or similar extra features like a pool or security system.
3. Preferred type: Subscribers who match on the property type. If the property is an apartment these are the other subscribers interested in an apartment etc.
4. Preferred price: Subscribers who match on the price range. These are subscribers who are clicking on or enquiring on properties within a similar price range to the selected property.
5. Preferred suburbs: Subscribers who match on the property suburb. These are subscribers who are click on or enquiring about properties in the same suburb.
8. Once you’ve clicked on the matches you want to view a full list of subscribers will open up. Select Bulk Actions to choose what you want to dow with them.
9. You can assign to a new group, a different agent or generate a CSV file of these subscribers.
