1. Hover over the Reports Tab and Click on Emails
2. Click on The Email Title
3. To change the Page Display, click on the Email Summary
From here you can select what reporting you want to have shown on the page
4. Once you have selected your displays you can Download/Send the Report as either a CSV. File or a PDF Document
5. The First Section that appears is the Email General Report. This discusses the basic numbers on what we track
This includes;
Delivery
Opens
Clicks
Leads
Unsubscribes
6. If you want to get the individual numbers for each of these categories, you can click on the statistic and view the subscribers that triggered this
7. You can also view the basic campaign details
Such as:
When the email was sent
The Address that sent the email
Subject Line
Etc.
8. If you click the blue eye you can see a preview of the email
9. The next sections are the Email Leads
This breaks down each of the leads that were generated from the email and are broken down into each lead type. You can access the individual subscriber’s page by clicking on the contact’s name or view the lead alert by clicking on the lead title.
10. In the next section, you can view the contacts that were unable to receive the email
It will also try and assign the reason for this email bounce.
11. Next is the email open list
This displays all of the people that have opened your email and the number of times a subscriber has opened an email. Note that these can be inflated as the opens are tracked when the images are refreshed.
12. The email click list displays all of the links that were interacted with.
You can view the subscribers that interacted with that link by clicking the relevant number of subscribers
13. The final two sections are the email unsubscribes and the bounce deletes
These are people who have either unsubscribed or bounced three times so we remove them from the database
