What do you think is the most valuable part of email marketing?
“Constant touch point with the database. It is good to know our agents have consistency when communicating with past, present and future clients.”
What is your system for following up your newsletter leads?
“Anything that comes through is passed onto the agent or head of sales to forward to the best agent if there’s no assigned contact.”
“For us it is a mix of having agent and office communication, we do have great admin support who do that work for the agent a lot of the time and they do it weekly so it’s always super consistent and has a low unsubscribe rate, not spamming people here and there, and keeping emails to the point.” – Rebecca Coleman
