Jump into iRealty and under “Properties” on the toolbar, you’ll find the Property Prediction tool.
Enter the property details including suburb, number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Use the slider to determine your vendor’s desired price range then click Predict.
Now you’ll see the number of subscriber matches based on the suburb, number of bedrooms/bathrooms and the price. Ideal matches show the number of subscribers who share the same buying criteria.
These ideal subscribers are ‘Top Subscriber Matches’ and appear on the left complete with their contact details and interactions from past campaigns. On the right will feature your current listings that are similar to the criteria in the prediction tool and the engagement from your database (campaigns, views, clicks, leads).
