Recently we’ve had some feedback from clients using a third party email delivery service such as an automated system, who were experiencing high levels of unsubscribes.
For many of our clients we have integrated with their CRM to enable a direct sync with a subscriber database. If you are using such a service, you may experience a higher level of unsubscribes due to the impersonal nature of the emails being sent. If this service also integrates with your CRM then the unsubscribes will filter back into iRealty.
